WOW! Just WOW! Absolutely detest dental work due to previous experiences at a dentist's offices being so traumatic & the judgement I feel at the practices I've been a patient at. Not to mention, the use of what I feel are scare tactics or at least come across that way. Therefore, I was definitely nervous about my initial ortho consultation with Dr. Zammitti...dreading the possibility of hearing all the things that are wrong & ugly about my teeth along with the pressure of having to have everything "fixed". My experience couldn't have been any further from that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the moment I walked in & met my treatment coordinator to the moment I left & everything in between. My treatment coordinator respected my "dental anxiety" & couldn't have done her job any better. Dr. Zammitti is hilarious to me, I'm not sure why but I find him very funny....and BRILLIANT! Like super BRILLIANT! He actually sat down at a desk with me to talk!!!! He explained things in normal human language that made sense. He didn't try to boast how intelligent he is or the endless list of credentials by throwing out tons of medical terminology that could be intimidating & cause someone to become overwhelmed. I didn't feel judged or criticized. I felt like his approach was more of "this is what I can do to make your smile perfect" rather than "you need to do this or all these bad things are going to happen". Everything was clear & I felt like I had a choice. My treatment coordinator explained the financials, which also made me feel like I had options. Because of my initial experience,I chose to follow Dr. Zammitti's suggestions toget braces. Dr. Zammitti & the assistant, Nathalie,were both very gentle putting braces on...BUT they also worked quickly which was crucial for me....yet I felt like if I had needed a break at any point,they would have been completely fine with it.l & wouldn't have grown impatient. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this practice!!!! If you want your smile to be as flawlessas possible ....GO HERE!!!

I can’t stress enough how AMAZING Dr.G and his staff are!! Everyone is literally amazing and so friendly and welcoming. This has been the best experience for me I trust them completely they are super professional and I honestly couldn’t ask for anyone better to do my ortho treatment! Ms:Karen is sooo wonderful, understanding and super patient! she has helped me so much from the very first time I went there and no matter how many questions or concerns I had she was always happy to help and answer anything for me!! Dr.G is hands down the best so much knowledge and very passionate about what he does, and I’m soo happy to be doing my treatment with him and his team! The ladies are sooooo sooo gentle and they explain everything thoroughly anytime you’re getting anything done, I love talking to them when I come in. It’s always a great time when I have to go to my appointments! I would recommend Dr.G and his staff to anyone no doubt about it at all! This is definitely the place you want to come!! 10 out 10 RECOMMEND!! :)🤗🙂🙂

I entered this appointment a little anxious as I didn't know what to expect. I've never had braces and my son can be a bit averse to dental care. But, I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Gidaly was amazing, and astoundingly patient with me and my questions. He clearly outlined the differences between traditional braces and invisalign, and reassured me that my son would be well taken care of. Karen was also amazing! She patiently walked me through the different payment scenarios, explained the ins and outs of insurance and gave me a list of questions to ask my insurance company. I left the appointment feeling comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice for my son's orthodontic care.

15 months ago, I made the right choice in choosing Zammitti & Gidaly as the orthodontists to treat me for my braces. I had lived with a tooth that had shifted backwards, along with an overbite and very short teeth my entire and was ready to fix them. I had unsuccessfully tried Byte two years earlier, and wasted a ton of money. So, I scheduled consultations with a few Orthodontists in the area. My last consult appt. was with Zammitti and Gidaly and I knew it was it. My questions were answered, the staff was welcoming and the price was right. For the entire duration, it’s been nothing less than a pleasure coming in for my appointments. The office is beautiful and always super clean. Everyone is so pleasant and patient. No matter what, I have always left with a smile.Today my braces were finally removed and I am ecstatic with my smile. Thank you to Dr. Gidaly, Shay, Bridget, Jasmine, Karen, Michelle, Logan and the entire Harrisburg family. I’m so happy. You guys totally rock. If you’re searching for an Orthodontist, I totally recommend them. Five Stars for sure.

Awesome experience! I had a consultation at the Harrisburg location and they were able to get me set up in braces the same day. Karen was incredible with answering the many questions I had and she went over all the payment options with me. They were surprisingly affordable. Dr Gidaly is so kind and professional. He took the time to go over my treatment plan with me and answered all of my questions. He didn't make me feel rushed and treated like a number. He was also very gentle with installing my braces. I didn't have any pain or discomfort. Shay was also very kind and gentle. She even helped me make a final decision about which braces I wanted on top. This is such a nice, friendly environment filled with positive energy. I highly recommend Zimmitti & Gidaly Orthodontics if you are in need of orthodontic services. Love this orthodontist. We met with several different orthodontists and oral surgeons to get their opinions and we just never felt good with their aggressive recommendations. These guys are conservative, so knowledgeable, and they have your best interests at heart. Everything was simple and easy with them. After 1 consultation my son didn’t feel nervous anymore! Can’t recommend them enough!

My appointment began on time! Karen was excellent at setting me at ease while taking several quality photos and x-rays of my teeth for Dr Gidaly. I had previously met with three other dentists offices to discuss Invisalign prior to this appointment. My son has been a patient for about 14 months. Everything is going smoothly with his braces so far. It’s our only orthodontic experience, and so I can’t compare care to other practices, but so far we are pleased with his care. What has been extraordinary with our experience is the patience and skill demonstrated by the schedulers. My son attends school near one office and we live near another. They have been very accommodating in scheduling multiple offices. We also had to schedule to remove and replace brackets for a cavity to be filled and the scheduling efforts to make that happen were better than I’ve seen in any medical office. Im sure all of their patients and their parents have crazy schedules but they always find something that works for us. With the number of appointments required, scheduling really is a huge part of this process.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff! I brought in both of my younger children, but was very concerned about how my son would do. My youngest child is autistic and also has a sensory disorder, so I was terrified bringing him in. It took him almost 2 years to get comfortable with the dentist. I must have rescheduled a couple times before actually coming in. If you have a special needs child, I know you understand what I’m saying. Let me tell you, I have never been so impressed with how they welcomed and treated my son. When we left there, my son said, “I can’t wait to come back”. Thank you!!!

My daughter and I visited Dr. Gidaly for a second opinion, as she was nearing the end of treatment with another orthodontic practice, and I was unsure whether we would be happy with the end result, based on multiple issues my daughter had experienced.At Zamitti & Gadaly Orthodontics, Karen was incredibly kind and thorough, and treated my daughter and I as if we were new patients to the practice. My daughter had photos taken and Dr. Gidaly pointed out a few spots that he would tweak if she were his patient, but assured us that her tooth alignment and her bite were corrected appropriately, and that there was no need for us to consider changing practices and incurring additional costs.I greatly appreciated their caring demeanors and willingness to provide a second opinion. Karen and Dr. Gidaly spent nearly an hour with us but wouldn't charge an office fee. We left with reassurance, and if anyone in my family needs future orthodontic treatment, we will be contacting Zamitti and Gadaly Orthodontics.

I had a great experience at the consultation with Karen. She explained the complete cost of braces, process of office visits and took my X-Rays. After speaking with Dr. Giadaly on may course of treatment, I decided to proceed with this office and was able to complete my Invisalign scan the same day. Our family just relocated from NJ to NC a few months ago. We searched on the website of our dental insurance for offices that would be covered. Made a few calls and on Jan 6th we decided on this office. Our appointment was set up for today. From then until now I was very anxious. Having your children see an orthodontist is a big deal and even more so when they were already in the middle of treatment someplace else. This office has a text feature in place and I had the pleasure of communicating with a treatment coordinator by the name of Brianna. To say she put me at ease is an understatement. We communicated from the day I initially called up until this morning. Fast-forward to the actual appointment today. We were greeted by Adriana the receptionist who was super sweet and helpful. We then got escorted into a consultation room by a wonderfully pleasant lady named May. She took our girls for x-rays and photos. She made them feel so comfortable and kept thanking us for our patience yet we didn't feel like anything was taking too long. As she stated in casual conversation, "it's that southern hospitality". Dr. Gidaly came in and talked us through his thoughts and opinions on our girls treatments for the future and what he planned to do with them today. We instantly connected my husband included and he isn't very trusting. Dr. Gidaly even advised of a new office opening closer to where we live but we decided we'd stay with them as we didn't mind the drive if it meant our girls would be in the hands of such an amazing group of people. Lovely Lauren came in at the end to talk finances and answer any additional questions we might've had. By the end of the appointment, every member of our family was happy. Our youngest for leaving with less braces. Our oldest for leaving without a retainer and mommy & daddy for making the right decision. Thank you all again for your attention and care. A very special thank you to Brianna whom I still hope to meet one day. We are already looking forward to our March appointment. God bless you guys!

Dr. Zammitti is awesome! My teeth had a lot of spaces and overbite. He did an awesome job and he is very personable and friendly and so is all of his staff. Dr. Zammitti also put braces on my 17 year old when she was little. She now has a winning smile as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Zammitti and his team.

I will like to give this place 5 stars!!! From the time I went in until the time I left, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Very nice staff. I will also recommend this to place anyone who needs braces, very affordable and they will work with you. There are many options to choose from braces or Invisalign, just your preference. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and a welcome! Which I loved. The hospitality was so warming from the staff, lots of laughs. The facility was very clean, neat, and comfortable. And Dr Zammitti was very knowledgeable and sweet. Let’s just say I will be returning back for service there for traditional braces! They are wonderful and such sweet spirits. This Tuesday (August 27, 2019) I finally got my braces off! After three years!😁 🎉🎉 🎉 I have been going to Zammitti and Gidaly in Concord, NC since May 2016. I have multiple times thanked Jesus and will HIGHLY recommend Zammitti and Gidaly because...• They are so kind and gracious. When I first went there for the evaluation, they were kind and respectful. Throughout the treatment they helped me to the best of their ability and worked along with us with what we could and could not do.• It is not outrageously expensive. Of course, the treatment will cost money because it something that will stay with you for a lifetime (if you do your part on keeping retainers in) and it also depends on your treatment too. My parents were concerned with the cost because my treatment had some extra treatments. However, the lady that went over the evaluation with my mom and I was so helpful and understanding. We set up a monthly payment and they worked along us with what we could or not afford. The treatment payment ended a few months ago. 🎉 (nobody likes debt Lol)• Their office has a kids waiting room. My younger siblings would come along with me to some of my appointments and would not be bored out of their minds because of the kids waiting room. The kids waiting room is a small space that has a bench, puzzles, a couple of video games, and I think it also has books. Also, because most of the time I was in the big space where most of the patients were getting checked on and etc, my youngest brother could just walk over and see what was happening to my mouth which fascinated him. Lol.• They are understanding and helpful if you have to reschedule even the day of your appointment. They want you to give them at least a day in advance to reschedule but there have been times we would have to reschedule the day of because of different things that happened last minute. Whenever, I called having to reschedule, the people were very helpful and considerate.• They want the best treatment plan for you. With all the problems I had, I basically had two plans of treatment I could choose from. One of the plans was surgery. They discussed both treatment plans thoroughly. My mother and I did not want me to have surgery and they did not want that either. So, surgery was plan B. There was a time where it seemed that I was going to have to get surgery or just stay with a improved underbite. I decided to not have a surgery. However, the next time I came, there was another treatment that I could do that would not involve surgery (praise Jesus) and so we went with that. I do not have an underbite anymore! 🎉 It took some time of course. Sometimes I thought I would never obtain a right bite.• The orthodontists and orthodontist assistants are soo helpful and considerate. As many of the examples above, it is pretty much obvious how helpful and considerate they are. Whenever my mom or I had questions about a treatment, they would try to help us understand the treatment, the next step, and etc. The orthodontist assistants were very helpful in that aspect too. They also tried to know more about you and made you more comfortable. The two orthodontist assistants that helped me most of the time were Ms.Sophie and Ms.Tara. They have always been so helpful and happy. They want to make sure that you are comfortable and they do not want to see you in pain. So they try the best way to help you achieve your smile in the least painful way. (Even though sometimes you are going to be in pain because your teeth are moving.) They really want the best for you. Once I met them, I was always happy to see them for the following appointments because I knew that I was in good hands.• There are probably other things that I can say about Zammitti and Gidaly because the whole team is great. But I do have a life and I have school and chores to do. So if you did read all of that, Way to go! You are very patient. I myself might of not read that whole entire thing. But everything that I have said is true. And I am so blessed to have gone there.

Very impressed with our first appointment!! The office is beautiful, the desk staff greeted us with smiles right away and we were taken back for our appointment quickly. Amanda was very kind and explained everything to both myself and my son, which I thought was a respectable thing to do. Dr. Z was extremely thorough in the explanation of my son’s treatment plan and he asked me, as well as my son, if we had any questions. I left there with a complete understanding of the treatment needed, a time line and the financial information, as well as payment options. Great place!!

Everybody is so nice and helpful! Dr. Gidaly is so laid back and easy to get along with which is extremely helpful for me because I usually find myself anxious when it comes to my teeth/mouth. I’ve been going to Dr. Gidaly for over a year now and no complaints here!! The office is so nice (coffee + treats included), the staff is always friendly and smiling when I walk in, and I’m absolutely in love with my smile. You couldn’t pay me to go to another orthodontist!!! 10/10 from me! They’ve made my treatment plan so easy on me - especially since I drive an hour every time I have an appointment. Great experience. Went to several orthodontist's when considering invisalign and found Zammitti to be the most reasonable, both in recommendations and pricing. The staff has been extremely friendly and professional - couldn't ask for a better experience. Pleased with the result and so happy to finally have a permanent retainer to ensure my teeth don't move again. Plan to use Zammitti & Gidaly for both of my daughters when they are ready for braces (or Invisalign, should they be so lucky).

My daughter just recently had her braces removed a few weeks ago(the candy-filled water bottle is a great touch especially for a teenager who has been unable to eat candy w/braces on, lol).
